Fecomércio signs agreement with the Court of Auditors of Sergipe to implement a Senac restaurant

In a strategic partnership to improve well-being and professional training, the Fecomércio-Sesc-Senac System, represented by its president Marcos Andrade, and the Court of Auditors of the State of Sergipe (TCE-SE), under the presidency of councilor Susana Azevedo, signed an agreement on the morning of this Wednesday (25). The agreement provides for the installation of a Senac restaurant-school unit on the Court’s premises, intended to serve employees, collaborators and visitors.

The initiative aims not only to provide a quality service, but also to contribute to vocational education, one of Senac’s trademarks. The school restaurant will be a practical learning space for students of gastronomy and restaurant services courses, providing them with real work experience, while also offering high-quality food to the Court of Auditors’ public.

The president of the Fecomércio-Sesc-Senac System, Marcos Andrade, highlighted that bringing the institution closer to the constituted powers is important to expand Senac’s capacity to act.

“We are reaching people where they need us, with 7 projects and we are making progress in our process of internalization. Reaching the Court of Auditors is also very important, bringing our quality of professional training in gastronomy and food services to the TCE, with the purpose of serving quality food. When you bring equipment here, you do a good thing for the social cause, helping people to get training for the job market, in addition to having the Senac quality of gastronomy. The menu will be for everyone, fair price and high quality”, said Marcos Andrade.

The president of the Court of Auditors of the State of Sergipe, Susana Azevedo, highlighted the quality of the services provided by Senac and its social role in qualifying professionals. She also noted that the entire Administrative Center and its departments will be able to enjoy Senac’s gastronomy at the Court of Auditors.

“We have several agencies nearby that will also be able to experience Senac at the TCE. We know that we will have high-quality food at fair prices for the public, in addition to the social mission. We will have students graduating and heading for jobs in the future. One thousand employees work at the TCE. And there is a need for a restaurant to serve the court. Senac has gastronomic quality and excellent services. From the moment we received the information, there was a feeling of joy when we learned that we would have a Senac here,” said the president of the Court of Auditors.

Nilson Lima, regional director of Senac, valued the new unit to be implemented as another means of generating value for the institutions.

“We are a system that works together to achieve the best social results. We are creating a partnership of mutual trust to do the best work in this unit that we will have at the TCE. We are motivated to bring the best experience to TCE employees and the public.”

With extensive experience in similar projects, Senac Sergipe already has two other prominent restaurant schools in the capital: Senac Bistrô and Cacique Chá, both known for their excellent gastronomy and for training highly qualified professionals. These establishments are a reference in Aracaju for combining high-quality food service with practical training for students, preparing them for the job market in a solid and competitive manner.

Senac is nationally recognized for its work in professional training, especially in the gastronomy and hospitality sector. In addition to offering students practical experience, the school restaurants also promote the development of essential skills, such as customer service, time management and execution of culinary techniques. Marcos Andrade highlighted the expansion of professional qualifications with the new school restaurant unit.

“The agreement with the TCE reinforces Senac’s mission to promote excellent professional education. The new unit at the Court of Auditors will be a dynamic space for students to apply their knowledge, under the supervision of experienced professionals, which guarantees a complete and enriching learning experience. The partnership between the Fecomércio-Sesc-Senac System and the TCE symbolizes an advance in the provision of services to the court’s employees and in the qualification of local labor, meeting the growing demand for qualified professionals in the gastronomy and services sector in Sergipe,” he said.

The regional director of Sesc, Aparecida Farias, the administrative director of the Court of Auditors, Augusto Fábio, as well as the councilors Eraldo Santos, Luiz Mariani and Renato Alves, from Senac, and Pedro Amarante, from Sesc, and managers from Senac and TCE participated in the signing of the agreement.
